Driving Clinical Excellence and Innovation in Healthcare

This role is focused on driving clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery.

As a Clinical Governance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Amplar Health Home Hospital (AHHH) portfolio, which delivers innovative health programs and virtual care services to consumers across Australia.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the Clinical Governance Team to embed the Clinical Governance Framework into evolving service models. Your work will be central to managing clinical risk effectively and driving continuous quality improvement across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the safe and effective implementation of clinical governance frameworks.
  • Act as a clinical stakeholder in projects and initiatives, safeguarding clinical impact and identifying potential risks.
  • Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on clinical quality and safety metrics ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.

You are a qualified Health Professional with good knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.

You are confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Working within a hospital setting is highly regarded and will help your success in navigating the complexities of this role.
