The Opportunity

As a key member of the Clinical Governance Team, you will support the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks. Your work will be critical in driving clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our office, with flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the effective implementation of clinical governance frameworks, ensuring governance standards are met.
  • Act as a clinical stakeholder in projects and initiatives, safeguarding clinical impact and identifying potential risks.
  • Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and report on clinical quality and safety metrics.
  • Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.
About You

You're a qualified health professional with good knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.

You're confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

You have exposure to managing clinical complaints and incidents and navigating accreditation processes. Working within a hospital setting is highly regarded and will help your success in navigating the complexities of this role.
