**Clinical Governance and Education Specialist Role**We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to lead, support, and educate staff on clinical topics, promoting a culture of learning and development, and fostering a wellness model with stakeholders.This role will drive the design and implementation of clinical education programs aligned with our strategic vision, enhancing clinical excellence, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.The successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership skills, excellent clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills for collaborative working relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs that enhance clinical governance and patient outcomes.
  • Support and educate staff on clinical topics, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Foster a wellness model with stakeholders, promoting healthy work environments and employee wellbeing.
  • Consult with clinical leaders to improve clinical systems and processes, providing education and training, and overseeing safe medication management.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development department to implement the clinical education strategic plan.
