Our organization is currently seeking a Disaster Recovery Funding Claims Specialist to coordinate with Delivery Agencies and assess claims submitted by Local Governments following a declared disaster. This specialist will exercise professional judgment in claims assessment, monitor financial reporting, and negotiate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will promote a safe, inclusive, and flexible team environment and work closely with the Disaster Recovery Funding Assessor Engagement Lead to understand the DRFA Guidelines.

This fixed-term 6-month position offers multiple opportunities for growth and development within our organization. The incumbent will contribute to making Victorian communities more accessible and liveable.
