Claims and Recoveries Specialist

The Insurance Claims and Recoveries Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of insurance claims.
This position requires strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely actioning, upload, and management of claims and related insurance tasks.
Effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, business partners, and third parties are essential for seamless claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Action and manage insurance claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or Insurance Industry.
- Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience highly regarded.
- Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
