Warehouse Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our Logistics team in Brisbane. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse operators, drive logistics performance, and play a key role in process optimisation.

Your leadership will make a tangible difference every day as you balance people management and operational priorities to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will support your team on the floor, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver key improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team across warehousing and transport functions
  • Drive safety, quality and compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Manage rosters, leave planning and support conflict/performance management
  • Oversee warehouse and transport utilisation to improve efficiency
  • Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adapt to and support the rollout of new WMS/TMS systems and processes
  • Conduct quality checks and champion a safety-first culture

About Your Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in FMCG warehousing operations
  • Ability to navigate conflict resolution and performance management
  • Exposure to project work or leading process optimisation initiatives
  • Adaptable to learn new systems and processes, and confident in coaching and training others
  • Strong computing skills - MS Office, SAP, WMS, and TMS experience beneficial
  • Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is a bonus
