We are seeking a skilled Risk and Quality Specialist to contribute to our Member Services team.

The role will operate within divisional frameworks, collaborating with the Team Leader, Risk & Quality Assurance, Member Services Leadership team, Compliance, and Divisional Risk Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional to drive operational risk management, identify, manage, and address risks and issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and competency frameworks, measurement systems, training strategy, and risk assessment.

A strong internal and stakeholder relationships developer with excellent business acumen is required. The ability to communicate complex issues and deliver successful solutions is essential.
