Operational Excellence Specialist

As an experienced quality advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing operational standards across our group of early childhood services.
This challenging and rewarding role involves conducting quality assessments to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and developing strategies to meet National Quality Framework requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough quality assessments across multiple services to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement coaching and mentoring strategies to enhance performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze and report on quality outcomes.
- Identify and support training needs for centre managers and service teams.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience in internal auditing, coaching, and assessment.
- Strong understanding of ACECQA requirements and compliance standards.
- Current Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence.
- Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Travel Requirement: This role will require some travel to services to conduct assessments and provide coaching.
