As a senior business development leader, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of our business lending operations. This role requires a unique blend of leadership skills, operational expertise, and customer-centric thinking.

About the Role:

  • You will be accountable for developing strong partnerships to drive business outcomes and deliver on aligned strategic objectives.
  • Transforming the customer experience through the implementation of strategic programs and providing expert guidance with an end-to-end customer perspective.
  • Managing effective delivery of operational services within the portfolio and people-related matters.
  • Having an acute awareness of business processes and their impact on product areas within the portfolio.
  • Delivering strong results to stakeholders through improved customer experience, issue resolution, continuous improvement, opportunity identification, and sound risk management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar business lending operations role within banking is essential.
  • Strong customer and service level focus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams across functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to harness technology and digital banking processes.
