With a customer-focused role at the forefront of our retail trade store team, you will play a key part in supporting activities from customer service to general upkeep of the retail environment.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Blackwoods Wollongong in Unanderra.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facing customers and providing exceptional service including finalising orders
  • Answering customer queries including providing quotes and updates to orders
  • Maintaining a clean and safe retail trade store environment
  • SUPPORTING STOCKTAKE ACTIVITIES AS PART OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Completing administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric environment
  • CLEAR WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • A proactive mindset to anticipate future requirements
  • A forklift license (desirable but not essential)
