**What you'll be doing**

The Clinical Liaison position involves the provision of assessment, evidence based treatment and case management services to young persons referred to the service with psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses. It is based within a multidisciplinary community mental health team.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Qualification as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Allied Health Professional. Must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (if applicable) and/or eligibility for membership of a relevant peak body professional association.
- Demonstrated recent experience working with consumers with psychological/psychiatric illness.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience in the provision of evidence based interventions for mental illness.
- Experience in mental health crisis intervention.
- Understanding of NSW Mental Health Act (2007).
- Proven high level written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated computer literacy.
- Evidence of a Class C driver's licence.
