Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Support Liaison. This role involves providing high-quality services and advice to clients, including those with complex support needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong client focus and commitment to culturally sensitive customer service. They will be passionate about making a difference and delivering innovative solutions for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical services and quality advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize various technologies, including IPAD, online phone system, and online forms.
  • Support outreach services in local communities and homelessness initiatives.
Requirements
  • Possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload, including working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A commitment to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Client service skills with an empathic approach to clients.
