As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in a dynamic operational setting, providing exceptional customer service to the community and internal stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests for assistance, utilizing various communication systems to log, update, and manage information in real-time.
About the Opportunity- This position involves working with a volunteer-based agency serving communities across NSW.
- You will need to complete a 2-week full-time training course followed by 4 x 12.5 hour shifts scheduled within the next 2 weeks.
- The training includes two mandatory assessments and is fully paid.
You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a high-stress environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, including the ability to touch type with speed and accuracy, and demonstrate competence with Windows-based computer applications.
