We are looking for an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Club Wyndham Shoal Bay in Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for owners and guests. This includes greeting and registering visitors, providing information on local attractions, and managing any issues that may arise.

You will also play a key role in building and developing a high-performing team, promoting exceptional customer service and driving results. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and multitask.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of AUD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including subsidised private health insurance, professional development funding, and discounted hotel stays across Australia and other destinations.

What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in a supervisory role within a front office environment, preferably with experience in property management systems like Opera;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure;
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards;
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and public holidays;
