At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information to local area attractions, administration, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for owners and guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the front office team, including training, development, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
