Construction Technical Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this exciting opportunity with James Hardie, you will provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders across Australia. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to technical enquiries, providing phone and email support, and managing the Take-Off service.
This is a fantastic chance to learn and grow through exposure to all parts of the business. Based in Sydney CBD, you will be part of a team that values customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support to builders, architects, salespeople, and the general public
- Responding to technical enquiries to ensure risk minimization
- Providing Level 1 to Level 3 phone and email technical support
- Managing the Take-Off service and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering (Civil), or Architecture
- Experience within the trade or building industry is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
