Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to head our dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex disputes, preferably in a regulatory environment.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team of experts in resolving disputes between injured workers, employers, and insurers. As a team leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to your team, ensuring fair, timely, and effective dispute resolution practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex dispute management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in dispute resolution, case management, or legal services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex disputes, preferably in a Vic Workers Compensation or regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments with empathy and professionalism.
