Senior Dispute Resolution Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the Dispute Resolution Team within our Victorian Workers Compensation division.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution, case management, or legal services, with demonstrated experience in managing complex disputes.
- A proven track record of leading teams in high-pressure environments is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Develop and implement a proactive approach to dispute resolution and conciliatory matters.
- Lead and manage a team of dispute resolution professionals and administration assistants, providing supervision, coaching, and performance development.
- Oversee intake, assessment, and resolution of disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Promote and facilitate early resolution practices including conciliation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal representatives, and regulatory bodies.
- A confident leader with a strong understanding of early resolution principles and Victorian Worker's Compensation legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
