We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of Dispute Resolution Specialist in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing disputes from initial assessment onwards.
The primary objective of this position is to assess and analyse disputes, diagnose dispute resolution requirements, and provide expert advice to parties on available options.
A key aspect of this role involves working closely with stakeholders, including parties involved in disputes, to encourage them to explore potential solutions and find mutually acceptable outcomes.
This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in dispute resolution techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build strong relationships, develop an understanding of others, and motivate them to resolve conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of disputes to identify effective resolution strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to parties on available options and make recommendations using assisted settlement processes.
- Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate dispute resolution.
