We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our dispute resolution process.

Job Opportunity

A leading organization is looking for a dynamic individual to lead its dispute resolution team, providing supervision, coaching and performance development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the group manager to develop a proactive approach to dispute resolution and conciliatory matters.
  • Manage a team of professionals and administration assistants, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
  • Oversee intake, assessment and resolution of disputes, promoting early resolution practices and facilitating collaboration among team members.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal representatives and regulatory bodies.
About You

You should possess a strong background in dispute resolution or case management, with demonstrated experience in managing complex disputes.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as well as proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.

Tertiary qualifications in law, dispute resolution or a related field are desirable.
