Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our MINT Residential team. As an Asset Manager - Property Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of Oaks Hotels apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming rental enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to tenants and owners alike;
  • Conduct open, routine, entry, and exit inspections as required;
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly;
  • Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers;
  • Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople to ensure prompt resolution;
  • Utilize the console cloud program for effective property management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Property Management Registration;
  • A Class 1 licence, or willingness to obtain;
  • Minimum 1-2 years' Property Management experience;
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships;
  • Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including current legislation requirements;
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize tasks;
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously;
  • Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited).
