About the Role

As a Senior Asset Management Strategist at Arcadis, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the NSW civil asset management market. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage asset management projects, develop asset management options for clients, and leverage existing client relationships to grow our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering or material science discipline. They will also possess excellent report writing skills, experience in delivering asset management reports for major government and private infrastructure asset owners, and excellent verbal communications skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering asset management services for clients owning major road, rail, and maritime infrastructure assets;
  • Managing asset management projects to meet budget, program, and quality targets while exceeding client expectations;
  • Developing asset management options for clients, including whole-of-life cost and value analysis, and converting options into detailed solutions and deliverables;
  • Leveraging existing and fostering new client relationships to grow our asset management portfolio;
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering or material science discipline;
  • Excellent report writing skills and experience in delivering asset management reports;
  • Excellent verbal communications skills and ability to present concepts to various stakeholders;
  • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor diverse project teams;
