
High Value Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role: As a high-value customer relationship manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with Origin's top clients. This is a challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value business customers
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns
- Resolve complex customer issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, and generate insights through data analysis
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B environment managing high-value clients. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals is ideal.
