Premium Client Liaison

As the primary contact for premium clients, you will provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Your Role in Our Team

You will drive the acquisition and management of high-value client relationships. This includes delivering account management, customer service, and trade execution for a portfolio of premium clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Support clients with queries via phone calls, online chats, emails, and face-to-face meetings
  • Assist internal teams with pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc requests
  • Meet monthly sales and key performance indicator targets
  • Sell our product offerings and services to existing and potential clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least four years' experience in broking and/or derivative sales
  • Excellent knowledge of CFDs and financial markets
  • A track record of contacts with high net worth/professional trading clients
  • Educated to degree level with relevant RG146 certificates
