About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound decision-making and critical thinking abilities.

  • Develop relationships with high-value clients to impact their longevity and increase trading volumes;
  • Use industry sources and external channels to build relationships and seek referrals;
  • Consistently secure and grow premium clients by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge, and personal focus;
  • Achieve sales targets;
  • Contribute to the premium team and help others develop;
  • Be a trusted advisor to premium clients on market and trading-related matters;
  • Maintain client interest in trading markets through regular market analysis and trade opportunities;
  • Assist in planning and executing client events as required;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gain support for projects;
  • Organize quarterly premium events;
  • Meet clients face-to-face and attend premium client events to build and nurture relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a phone sales environment;
  • Experience as an account manager and/or dealing with clients (preferably high net worth);
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team;
  • Proactive attitude and client-first mindset;
  • Excellent relationship building, customer service, and influencing skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for negotiation and conflict resolution;
  • Sound decision making and critical thinking;
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and coach others;
  • Proficient numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers;
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to travel throughout Australia (and overseas ad hoc) as required;
  • Alignment with company values;
  • Willingness for ongoing learning and development.
Preferred but not Essential
  • Understanding of financial markets, investments, and trading strategies;
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader;
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or similar (highly regarded).
