- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and proactively propose strategic improvements to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
- Organized Administration: Maintain and manage customer databases, ensure data integrity, and document key interactions, including meeting notes and SOPs.
- Exceptional communication skills, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Problem-solving abilities, delivering innovative ideas that meet customer needs.
- Results-driven individual, identifying opportunities, expanding business, and delivering measurable results.
- Collaborative mindset, working with internal teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication.
- A minimum of five years' experience in international freight forwarding & Account Management/Customer Care.
- Proven track record in managing and developing key accounts. The incumbent must possess at least two years of inside or outside customer care experience.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and applying strategic insights to add value for customers.
