Job Overview
The Philanthropy Officer will be responsible for developing and growing successful membership schemes, nurturing supporter relationships, and creating engaging fundraising events and strategic donor communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and grow the Festival's membership schemes
- Nurture supporter relationships
- Develop and implement creative appeals and initiatives
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Officer to manage and grow relationships with corporate and international partners
- Take ownership of a portfolio of entry-level partners and develop skills through hands-on experience
Requirements
- Excellent time-management, communication, and administrative skills
- Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across the Development team
Working Arrangements
35 hours per week, by agreement within standard office hours. At peak times, it will be necessary to work outside standard hours and at weekends.
