Direct Marketing Role

As a key player in our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective direct marketing strategies to engage with our supporters and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage the execution of appeals programs and direct mail activities across multiple channels.
  • Project manage a diverse range of campaigns focusing on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades.
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop best practice processes for the Direct Marketing team.
Working with External Stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, contractors, mail houses, list suppliers, and data specialists to optimise partnerships.
Internal Collaboration
  • Liaise with international counterparts and work domestically with the Data, Supporter Relations, Digital, and Communications teams.
Requirements
  • Broad understanding of fundraising principles.
  • Personal hunger for delivering targets and developing a career in fundraising.
  • Excellent understanding of direct mail fundraising or similar programs.
  • Proven project management and account management experience.
  • Experience using data to support decision making and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
