About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to build, manage, and deliver enterprise data-driven strategy and AI services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with EPAM colleagues to deliver data consulting services, managing end-to-end delivery, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing EPAM's reputation as a thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and AI.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for value-added services and architect impactful solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of business operations and challenges across various domains and industries.
  • Demonstrated passion and experience in leveraging emerging technologies to create new business opportunities.
  • Extensive experience leading technology-based consulting engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Expertise in multiple data and analytics tools such as Hadoop, Apache Spark & Storm, and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Proven track record in organizational change management and leading sales pursuits within collaborative team environments.
