Claims Management Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Management Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ). As a Claims Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing claims in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
You will be empowered to proactively manage claims, using your problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service. Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage claims from lodgement to resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims management
