About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Officer to join our team at RACQ. As a Claims Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our members
  • Lodge claims and oversee existing ones, fulfilling our members' needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, encountering diverse challenges and meeting new people
  • Be well-supported through our bespoke onboarding programme, tailored to your specific needs
  • Contribute to our collective success, fostering a collaborative environment
Requirements
  • Customer Centred Mindset: Provide exceptional customer service and have a genuine desire to help others
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and building meaningful relationships with colleagues
  • Transferable Skills: Experience in Insurance and/or Claims is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Motivation to excel: Desire to achieve and surpass goals, driving success at RACQ
