We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Officer to join our team at RACQ. As a Claims Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our members
- Lodge claims and oversee existing ones, fulfilling our members' needs
- Work in a fast-paced environment, encountering diverse challenges and meeting new people
- Be well-supported through our bespoke onboarding programme, tailored to your specific needs
- Contribute to our collective success, fostering a collaborative environment
- Customer Centred Mindset: Provide exceptional customer service and have a genuine desire to help others

- Transferable Skills: Experience in Insurance and/or Claims is desirable, but not essential
