We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Anglicare/Headspace in Darwin. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12-25 and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to young people and their families
- Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community services and organizations
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a mental health field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical setting
- Registered with relevant regulatory body as a practicing clinician
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range of HPSS 3.1 $80,000 - $84,999
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance
- Eligible for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually
