We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Anglicare/Headspace in Darwin. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide youth-friendly, family-inclusive services to young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide single-session-based interventions to young people and their families.
- Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and brief interventions using a strength-based, youth-friendly, family-inclusive approach.
- Maintain high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic intervention skills through direct service delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year experience.
- Registered with relevant regulatory body as a practicing Clinician.
- Experience working with culturally diverse groups and delivering culturally sensitive interventions.
- Experience in working with young people within a multi-disciplinary mental health or youth service setting.
- Full-time, 6-month contract.
- Salary range of HPSS 3.1 $80,000 – $84,999.
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance.
- Eligible for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN.
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
