Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Anglicare/Headspace in Darwin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12-25 and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide single-session-based interventions to young people and their families, using a strength-based, youth-friendly, and family-inclusive approach.
- Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, including risk assessment and safety planning, to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement targeted goal and outcome-focused interventions, working collaboratively with young people and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
- Work effectively with culturally diverse groups, delivering culturally sensitive interventions and promoting cultural safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to young people and their families.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year experience in clinical therapy or a related field.
- Registration with the relevant regulatory body as a practicing clinician.
- Experience working with young people and their families, including screening, assessment, and targeted interventions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
- National police check, First Aid, WWC check, and current driver's license.
