About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Build strong relationships with families and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to children's learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including EYLF and NQS.
About You
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
- You have a current Working with Children's Check.
- You are passionate about developing the skills and knowledge of our educators and promoting a culture of excellence in early childhood education.
