About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at EACH. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate assessment and intervention services for children aged 0-9 and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver evidence-based therapies to support child development
* Work closely with families in their natural settings to empower them to support their child's development
* Collaborate with external providers to ensure holistic care and support

About You

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

* A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques
* Familiarity with the Key Worker model, Family Centred Practice, and Family Service Coordination
