We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs that support the growth and development of children in our care.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging and innovative programs that cater to the needs of children.
- Team Support: Work closely with our experienced educators to provide guidance and support in delivering exceptional care and education.
- Community Engagement: Develop positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the broader community to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery.
About Your Role:
- Passion for Child Development: You are passionate about supporting and guiding children to reach their full potential.
- Training and Support: You will be provided with extensive training, onboarding, and support to ensure your success in the role.
- Program Planning: You will have the opportunity to support the development and delivery of child-focused programs using industry-leading program planning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Team Leadership: Support the service manager with planning, preparation, and service delivery.
- Community Representation: Be the face of TheirCare in your school community and create a positive relationship within the service community.
- Team Guidance: Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community.
