Program Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to deliver our Woolworths Cricket Blast program across various locations in Victoria.

As a Cricket Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe cricket programs to young participants, promoting a love for the game and encouraging participation in cricket, particularly within Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities and promoting female participation through Girls Blast.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering cricket programs outside of school hours, typically from after 3pm for 1-hour sessions over 4 weeks.
* Encouraging participation and fostering a love for cricket in young participants.
* Creating a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all players.

Program Locations:

The programs will be delivered in various regions around Victoria, including but not limited to: Inner East Metro, Outer East Metro, Southern Metro, South East Bayside, Inner South East, South East Country, during Term 3, Term 4 and into 2025.

Requirements:

* Passion for cricket and community engagement.
* Experience in coaching or teaching, particularly with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Availability to deliver programs as per the schedule.
