About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Victorian Government Contact Centre. As a key point of contact for services by Consumer Affairs Victoria and Service Victoria, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently attending to and resolving telephone and online enquiries from consumers, traders, rental providers, renters, and the general public.

You will provide accurate and relevant legislative advice and information on the rights and responsibilities of consumers, traders, landlords, and tenants. Your role will also involve evaluating and processing complaints and enquiries presented in writing and by phone, providing information about dispute settlement, and identifying potential breaches of legislation.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a real difference to the Victorian community. If you are interested in flexible working arrangements and want to work in an inbound-only contact centre, we encourage you to apply.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide accurate and relevant legislative advice and information on the rights and responsibilities of consumers, traders, landlords, and tenants.
