Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a seasoned OD Lead to join our team, responsible for providing strategic leadership in the areas of organisation development and talent management.
Job Description

As an OD Lead, you will be a key partner in driving business outcomes through the design and implementation of effective organisational solutions. This includes workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, culture, diversity, inclusion, and talent management. You will work closely with senior leaders and leadership teams to build credibility and deliver solutions that support business priorities.

You will play a pivotal role in developing people strategies for the future, leveraging data to inform insights that drive informed decision-making. Additionally, you will lead and coach a small team responsible for delivering annual talent, performance, and promotion activities, with a focus on streamlining and automating processes where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate insights for senior audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Global perspective and ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders and convey strategic concepts.
  • Adaptable and experienced in working in changing organisational contexts.
  • Forward thinking, innovative, and generative AI fluency.
