A key role in our organisation, requiring a strong human resources background to drive employee engagement and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a workplace where people feel empowered, valued, and supported in their professional journeys.
This includes driving HR projects, providing expert advice across employee lifecycle management, and building a workplace that is welcoming, rewarding, and future-focused.
The role also involves supporting the People & Performance Lead in executing initiatives that enhance employee attraction, retention, inclusion, diversity, and engagement across the organisation.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise on people leadership, policies, industrial relations, and remuneration, ensuring leaders have the guidance they need to navigate their teams effectively.
You will manage performance and development cycles, support employees as they grow within their roles, and link individual ambitions with company-wide success.
A critical part of your role will be managing employee onboarding, creating seamless transitions for new team members, and setting them up for success as they begin their journey with us.
You will deliver training and career development programs, helping to build pathways for leadership, technical skill enhancement, and career progression.
Your work will extend to HR compliance, policies, and remuneration, ensuring processes are effectively implemented and communicated.
You will support the annual remuneration and bonus review process, ensuring remuneration aligns with company strategies and principles.
Additionally, you will engage with teams and stakeholders to create meaningful workplace improvements and navigate change management processes.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about driving change through the workplace.
You should thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and find satisfaction in making a real difference.
You'll bring experience in business partnering, employee relations, or corporate HR functions, and hold a qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
You should be able to operate at strategic and operational levels, with attention to detail, ability to multitask, and solution-focused mindset.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR systems like Success Factors will be valuable in this role.
A natural ability to adapt and stay resilient in an evolving workplace, coupled with a collaborative mindset, will help you succeed.
A passion for continuous learning, staying informed on industry trends, and upholding company values will also be essential.
We're committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse workforce, and welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
