  • Degree-qualified in Organisational Development, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organisational development initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain leadership pathways and coaching programs.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and recognition strategies to enhance workforce excellence.
  • Oversee compliance, safety, and customer service training programs.
  • Utilise data to inform decision-making on change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
