As a Talent Lead for the Corporate Operations Group, you will be responsible for providing talent management and organisation development support to a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the People and Culture Director and broader team to develop workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, culture, diversity, inclusion and talent management.
  • Engage directly with senior leaders and leadership teams to build credibility and design solutions that support business priorities.
  • Develop people strategies for the future in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Use data to inform workforce and talent decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology, business or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for senior audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across departments.
  • Global mindset and positive impact across regions and cultures.
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders, presenting strategic concepts.
  • Adaptability in changing organisational contexts.
