Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisation Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading organisational activities nationally, across all industries.

About the Role:

  • Capturing Team Performance: Assist in the coordination and management of the work of the national team of organisers.
  • Bridging Gaps in Organiser Development: Develop the union's organising capability and support the development of organisers.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Driving Improvement: A passion and drive to improve workers' lives and achieve union goals.
  • Leveraging Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and educate union members and potential members.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Organisation Development Manager and excellent leadership development skills. They will also have the ability to work flexible arrangements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
