Role Summary

The Head of Learning role is a pivotal position within our organisation, driving organisational effectiveness through innovative learning and development programs. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute a strategic people development agenda across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with Executives, Directors, and Partners to identify leadership capability gaps.
  2. Design and implement training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the company.
  3. Develop and deliver high-ROI leadership development programs, drawing on previous successful experiences.
  4. Create a comprehensive L&D Strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
  5. Facilitate the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
  6. Lead the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
  7. Manage relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies.
  8. Promote L&D activities, craft strategies to engage employees, and rigorously analyse the effectiveness of these programs.
  9. Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing L&D programs that have demonstrated a clear return on investment.
  • A pragmatic, driven, and professional approach with a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders efficiently.
