Position Overview

The Strategic Client Relationship Manager plays a vital role at WiseTech Global, serving as the primary contact for key clients within the ASPAC region. This position is essential for addressing significant client-related challenges and enhancing the utilization of our flagship software, CargoWise.

In this role, you will actively engage with a select group of strategic clients, ensuring their ongoing connection with WiseTech Global and facilitating the resolution of any outstanding support issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients maximize the benefits of the CargoWise suite, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to foster account growth and optimize software usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients regarding unresolved queries that fall outside standard support protocols.
  • Promptly escalate critical issues raised by clients to the appropriate Support/Product teams for swift resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations to understand and report on clients' motivations, strategies, and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport to prevent potential relationship challenges.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess client usage of the CargoWise application, identifying gaps and recommending optimal products and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with WiseTech Global's Product, Technical, and Commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain sectors, with a CargoWise certification being a significant advantage.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport and earn the trust of clients.
  • Demonstrated ownership of issues, ensuring they are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
