About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Client Director to join our team at Dentsu in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing senior client relationships and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Performance Management: Manage and develop the performance of direct reports, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior client-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
