Position Overview

The Strategic Client Relationship Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing customer interactions at WiseTech Global. This position serves as the primary contact for significant client-related challenges within the ASPAC region, focusing on maximizing the utilization of our flagship software, CargoWise.

In this role, you will proactively engage with a select group of high-value clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with WiseTech Global. Your efforts will be directed towards resolving any outstanding support issues and helping clients derive maximum value from the CargoWise suite. Collaboration with sales and product teams will be essential to foster account growth and enhance client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients regarding complex queries that exceed standard support capabilities.
  • Promptly escalate critical issues raised by clients to the appropriate Support/Product teams for swift resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to understand and report on clients' motivations, strategies, and preferences.
  • Engage proactively with clients to build trust and maintain regular communication, preventing potential relationship issues.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess client usage of the CargoWise application, identifying gaps and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with WiseTech Global's Product, Technical, and Commercial teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain sectors, with a preference for candidates holding a CargoWise certification.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ownership of issues, following through to resolution.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
