Campervan Operations Specialist

Join our operations team and take on a dynamic role where you will be the face of the company in Sydney. As a travel enthusiast, you will ensure outstanding customer service, maintain our fleet of campervans, and resolve any issues that arise.
">Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests
- Manage the fleet, logistics, and maintenance of our campervans
- Book activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services
- Resolve complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and clean our campervans
- Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance needs
- Assist in reselling campervans and preparing them for prospective buyers
- Travel enthusiasm and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
- Excellent communication skills and direct customer interaction experience
- Valid driver's license and confidence driving a campervan
- Responsibility and reliability in your work
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
