Branch Operations Supervisor Role Overview

As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campervan depot. Reporting directly to the Oceania - Operations Area Manager, your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional level of customer service while maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and handling incoming reservations, including check-ins and check-outs;
  • Maintaining the campervans' cleanliness, performing necessary repairs, and overseeing logistics;
  • Managing stock levels, local suppliers, and cleaning services to ensure seamless operations;
  • Responding to complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise;
  • Preparing and presenting campervans for sale or rental.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for travel and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan;
  • A responsible attitude and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
